Try raising your head with an extra pillow when you
sleep,which lets gravity help keep acids from moving upward out of your stomach.
Eat dinner at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime; and avoid eating before you lie down.
Try sleeping on your left side. Sounds wacky, but some studies show it can reduce nighttime heartburn.
